8.1. Main characteristics
The main characteristics of the services offered are described on the corresponding pages of the Site.
8.2. Contracting procedure
NovaHiring keeps electronic evidence of the contract entered into with the user.
The contracting process includes:
- Registration and a 7-day free trial.
- The option to upgrade during the trial period.
- A payment process with billing and tax information.

Once contracting is complete, NovaHiring will send an email confirmation setting out the service contracted, the price and the corresponding invoice. The contract is formalised in Spanish and electronic evidence of it is retained, available to the contracting party from their account and on request.
