How does the search work?
You type in natural language (for example, "retail with C1 English in Valencia") and the system reinterprets it into criteria across skills, experience, languages and location. AI then re-ranks the results against the job profile, reproducibly.
Can I automate sourcing?
Yes. You can schedule the top results of a search to enroll automatically into a journey, at the frequency you define.
Will I contact the same person twice?
The system applies cooldown and deduplication: if someone was contacted recently or is already in an active process, they won't be contacted again.
